She had been suffering from Alzheimer&#8217;s Disease for the past nine years so her death is both sad and a relief.  She appreciated the kind work you have done to provide information and a forum for her fans.  Take care and feel free to pass this information along as you see fit.    Jonathan Butters<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>We wish to express our sincerest regret to Jonathan and the rest of his family for this tremendous loss.
