It has been one year since our favorite writer has passed away. We mourn her loss and hope that her family is doing well. I wanted to apologize to all of our fellow fans out there for the website being down during the last 10 days. I lost the renewal information for the domain and just got everything fixed today. But getting back to the important thing. I hope of her fans are re-reading all of her books, perhaps writing their own fan fiction, and remembering her great characters that she created in her stories. We have been blessed with lots of great books that can be read over and over. You never know what you are going to miss in a story until you have re-read it at least 3 or 4 times especially if you enjoyed it the first time.

\nWe are still asking for reviews and fanfiction so if you have written a short story or even a full-length novel with some or all of the Dorothy Gilman Characters we hope you will share it with the rest of her fans. You can post a link in the comments section, send me a link or even the typed document using the upload function on the Contact Page<\/a>.<\/strong> It doesn’t matter how long or short so long as you have a story you would like to share and it involves the characters created by our favorite author then we want to read it.

I am sorry to say that my attempts to contact her former agent, publishing house, etc. have not received much attention. All you really do is keep searching online at Amazon.com in your country or Barnes And Noble within your country, leave contact information at several of your local used book stores and post a message here. We can set up a request page here on the website for those who might be interested in swapping or selling their Dorothy Gilman books and the language that they have been translated in.
