If you are a lover of mystery fiction and possibly have written a short story or two and would like to share it with the rest of the class we hope you will consider sending a copy to us to post here. Mostly, we are hoping to get our Fan Fiction page going but right now we can even post some stories you would like to share that has the same types of characters that Ms. Gilman featured in her stories. We want to promote those writers who hasn’t been published yet. And we would like to promote more stories of an older generation solving crimes or being a spy. Just imagine your grandmother seeking around town solving mysteries, busting up crime rings, or getting the goods on the bad guys. If you have read any of Ms. Gilman’s books you will completely understand what her fans would like to read. This is a great opportunity to get your work out there. We do not pay for any stories nor will we post any stories that are currently under copyright protection. Please make sure you own the rights and are willing to share your stories with us and Dorothy Gilman’s fellow fans.
All you have to do is go to our Contact page, click on the button to find your file on the computer and to upload to our servers. It must be in either a text file, a Microsoft Word Doc or an Acrobat Reader file, click OK or Open and fill in the rest of the boxes and finally hit send. The file must be less than 3MB in size. Once we have read it we will post it to the Fan Fiction page and write a brief article in the News and Updates area. We want to give the author credit so be sure and include your name and city, state or country where you are from. We will not give out your email address. There is no money in this and it is strictly voluntary. But your work will be seen by over 2000 subscribers at one time. Who knows you might become the next “Great American Author”.
